Konstrukt™ Sealtite™ is a two-pack system that forms a flexible cementitious waterproofing film. It is suitable for application nio concrete and mortar to prevent water penetration by sealing the hairline cracks and filling in crevices.

MATERIAL PREPARATION
1. Mix 12-Liters of K-501 Waterproofing Part A (Liquid) with 28-Kg of K-501 Waterproofing Part B (Powder) in a clean plastic or aluminum container.
2. Using a mechanical device, stir until the mixture is lump-free.
3. Mixture can be used within a 1-2 hour working time. Avoid the addition of water into the mixture that has begun to set.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface should be clean and dry, free from oil, grease, dirt, contaminants, and all loose grit and mortar. For previously painted concrete surfaces, make sure that the paint has been completely scraped off.
APPLICATION SCHEDULE
1. Dampen the concrete substrate using a wet rag. While the surface is still damp, apply a thin layer of the mixture by using a brush.
2. Wait for at least 1 to 2 hours before applying the second coat. The second coat should be applied counter cross-wise to the first coat.
3. No need to neutralize. Allow for at least 7 days prior to any plastering, topping, or tiling works.
